Ask which species was identified and what evidence supports it, since the answer determines whether you are buying a nest treatment or a bait program. Then get the plan in writing: areas treated, products used, how many follow-ups are included, what repairs the company recommends, and what happens if activity continues. In a multi-unit building, ask whether neighboring units and common areas are part of the scope, since a colony in a shared wall does not respect the unit line.
